AAIT™ Pair A Day Training

RESOLVE DEEPLY-LAYERED PROBLEMS

Revolutionize Healing

Pair a Day is also a useful practice in our solo work for the integration of chosen opposites inspired by our personal embodiment goals, needs, and interests. A profoundly satisfying BONUS of this practice is the access it grants to the vast non-dual state of awareness with fair reliability.

EMPOWER Your Practice

Pair a Day is a parsimoniously elegant mechanism for integration for resolving deeply layered problems in a paradoxically contained way. It can be used to help those address issues related to:

  • Anxiety

  • Addictions

  • Relationships

  • Depression

  • Trauma

Meet Your Facilitator

Sara Ridner L.C.S.W.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee with 33 years of practice experience, I have witnessed the gamut of life’s difficulties and the potential for healing that exists when those seeking help are met with compassion and skillful interventions. As a psychotherapist and Acceptance and Integration Training (TM) (AAIT) Practitioner, I have endeavored to provide trauma informed care to those in medical crisis, with mood disorders and addictions, as well as difficulties in interpersonal relationships and grief and loss issues.

After many years of practice, the study of AAIT enlivened my commitment to serving those who desire to heal, deepen recovery from addictions and mental health challenges and uncover the True Self. As a wholistic model, AAIT protocols and principles gave me the skills and ability to reliably address negative patterns of thought, belief and charged negative emotions that often result in maladaptive patterns of perceiving, feeling, and ultimately behaving.I sought to add Pair a Day protocol to the many skills learned in Fellowship Training after a particularly powerful session with Melanie that resulted in a deep, lasting sense of connection to myself and the cosmos.

This protocol provides layered exploration of tangled emotional content and for some a more accessible method for taking POINT OF VIEW. I do not consider myself a natural teacher, but the passion I feel for this method inspired me to answer the call to share it with others. That is a direct result of uncovering my true self! After 17 years of working in inpatient treatment of trauma, addictions and mood disorders, I recently expanded to full-time private practice in Knoxville and Maryville, Tennessee.

Who is the AAIT™ Pair A Day Training designed for?

Graduates of AAIT Foundations and the FTG who are ready to take their practice of AAIT to another level with a versatile and highly effective protocol.

What will I learn in this program?

You will learn the essential questions that lead to solid change and personal satisfaction through multi-layered integration. You will also learn to use this protocol to address relationship and personality challenges - enriching compassion for self and others. A highlight of this course is being able to walk yourself and clients into a profound experience of non-dual awareness.

How long is the program, and what is the schedule?

2 days. We will begin at 10:00 AM and end at 6:00 PM with ample breaks for lunch self care.

What is the cost?

The tuition for the program is $600.

How will this program help me avoid burnout?

As burnout is driven by the confluence of three factors  (decreased efficacy, exhaustion, and cynicism) learning Pair a Day will definitely impact your sense of efficacy as this is a wildly effective protocol. It could impact your sense of exhaustion as being able to fully lean into AAIT with Pair a Day means your work actually becomes easier, less draining as you are SEEING people make radical changes. Finally, cynicism seems to take a back seat when we are at ease and able to facilitate healing.

Is this program suitable for those interested in perinatal mental health, LGBTQAI+ concerns, and other specialized areas?

WHAT PRACTITIONERS SAY

Amy Lepore, L.C.S.W.

"AAIT has refreshed my love for clinical work. It's given me confidence to help with the various forms of trauma individuals come to therapy with. It's another way I connect with my clients when I can relate to the feelings they experience as a result of an integration-like when they feel amazed by the change and I can honestly say, "Yeah I know that feeling!"

Carla Winchester L.C.S.W.

"Learned, practiced and witnessed a technique which unlodges trauma out of fight, flight or freeze that immediately made an impact on treating trauma with clients. Learned to identify and gain clarity about TIES- thoughts, images, emotions and body sensations that can keep us bound and negatively charged to an experience.

"Not only has AAIT helped my clients, but it is so much more applicable than any other training that I have done. And I have gotten to meet some incredible people along the way."
